Cancellation & refunds.
Policy reference: existing AMBIT website, effective September 20, 2025.
Trial classes
Free trial classes may be cancelled or rescheduled before the scheduled session. No payment is required, so no refund applies.
Before a paid course starts
Cancel at least seven days before the course start for a full refund, less payment gateway fees. Cancellations less than seven days before the start are eligible for a 50% refund.
After a course starts
No refunds are issued after classes begin. You may request to reschedule remaining sessions or transfer your seat to an eligible student, subject to management approval.
Missed or rescheduled classes
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. Rescheduling depends on trainer availability. Missed sessions without notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
If AMBIT cancels
If AMBIT cancels a class or course, you may receive a full refund for the cancelled course or an option to reschedule.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
