At Ambit Overseas, we strive to provide flexible scheduling and the best learning experience for all our students.
This policy explains the terms for class cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Trial Classes
Free Trial Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time before the scheduled session.
No payment is required for free trial classes, and therefore no refunds apply.

2. Paid Courses
Once you enroll in a paid course, we reserve a seat and commit trainer resources for your learning journey.
Cancellation Before Course Start
You may cancel your enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date to receive a full refund (minus any payment gateway fees).
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellation After Course Start
Once classes have commenced, no refunds will be issued.
However, you may request to reschedule remaining sessions or transfer your seat to another eligible student (subject to management approval).

3. Missed or Rescheduled Classes
If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
We will make every effort to reschedule your session based on the trainer's availability.
Missed classes without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

4. Class Cancellations by Ambit Overseas
In the rare event that Ambit Overseas must cancel a class or course (e.g., trainer unavailability or technical issues),
You will receive either:
A full refund for the cancelled course, or
An option to reschedule at a convenient date and time.

5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
